As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring top talent. You will focus on candidates’ skills, knowledge, attitude, and cultural fit. This role involves significant social interaction and variety, primarily recruiting technical profiles in Europe, with potential expansion to other roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand their needs.
- Focus on local and international profiles in a broad field of profiles: WC’s in operational, engineering and supporting domains.
- Select the best recruitment methods for each position.
- Write and post job ads on various platforms (e.g., company website, VDAB, Indeed, LinkedIn).
- Actively search for potential candidates.
- Screen CV's and conduct initial interviews.
- Guide candidates through tests and second interviews with Hiring Managers.
- Provide feedback to non-selected candidates.
- Negotiate contract terms with final candidates and handle signing and administrative tasks.
- Prepare onboarding materials for new hires (e.g., documents, badges, clothing, visas, accommodation).
- Collaborate with relevant schools + attend/organize relevant job events
